A Message from our
host, Lindsey:
On July 13th, 14th, and 15th 2004 Las Vegas will host the first Island Goddesses
reunion. Three days filled with the memories of "Those were the days my friends,
we thought they would never end". But, we were wrong.
There is life after the Gay 90’s, Lorraine’s, Bill Lederer’s, Stuffed Tomato, and of
course, the Glades . And we are here today, reminiscing those days again.
As you plan your trip to this city, what a more appropriate place to hold our first
gathering. Seeing old friends, meeting new ones, talking of the good old days.
Eating, eating and eating. Sharing photos of Miss international 1974 and my first
days of Hotel Street. Remember listening to Brandy Lee at the Glades, "Ladies
and gentlemen, put your hands together for Prince Hanalei". Here is a good one;
"Where is your badge? What badge, I am a woman".
Come and join us for 3 days of Ho’o Lokahi Hou, to gather our friends and celebrate
our love of life. I hope that the love of our island home will bring you here this year
and again for our next gathering in Hawaii 2007.
